Santioli SRL, as family-owned company, firmly believes in sustainable workplace, choosing for its employees flexible working time so that they can better balance their private life with the professional one, supporting in the right way their family and working needs.
The Santioli SRL purpose is to be a point of reference for its territory that could support the local regeneration and its economic development. So we decided to buy a nearby area where we can support the local start up and the economic growth of the Amiata territories.
This choice was born from the idea that each society can be an important asset for its partners, stakeholder, customers and territory, becoming the distribution of its skills. That’s why, at the beginning, the Santioli brothers have decided to work outside their territory, to learn new skills and know-how and then to be able to bring them back to their native land.
FAMILY

Nazzareno Santioli, originally from Tuscany, lived and worked in Switzerland from 2008 to 2020. He has twenty years’ experience in the metalworking industry and played one of the leading roles in Santioli SDV known under the Demis brand, which operated all over the world for the production and sale of steel and sheet metal processing machinery.
Francesco Santioli, has more than ten years’ experience in start-up operations: he founded an incubator of start-up companies working in international markets. After the loss of his father, together with his brother, Francesco decided to come back to his native territory (Abbadia San Salvatore – Siena) and to devote himself to the start-up of his family company Santioli Srl. He also wanted to contribute to the territorial development of the Amiata area with his background knowledge.
